Best ever showing by Western Manitoba Science Fair participants at Canada Wide Science Fair! We are so very proud of all four of you for the hard work you have put into showcasing your projects at CWSF 2019!   • Gold Medal, Intermediate Category - Excellence Award. The Excellence Awards recognize science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) excellence.
  • Nutrients for Life Foundation Award. Awarded to an outstanding intermediate project related to fertilizers, plants and soil science! $750 cash award.
  • Challenge Award - Environmental category. The Canada-Wide Youth Science Challenge Awards focus on global, national, and provincial issues that require multi- and interdisciplinary solutions. Environment: Reduce our impact on, improve our understanding, and ensure the quality of water, air, soil, and the diversity of living things.

  • Silver Medal, Intermediate Category - Excellence Award. The Excellence Awards recognize science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) excellence.
  • SHAD Scholarship Award. Awarded to an enthusiastic intermediate finalist who demonstrates a strong desire to attend SHAD (a STEAM and entrepreneurship enrichment program) and interest in pursuing their potential as a Change Maker. $1000 towards the entrance fee to the 2020 SHAD Program.

  • Bronze Medal, Senior Category - Excellence Award. The Excellence Awards recognize science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) excellence. As the winner of a Bronze Senior medal, Aiden has a choice between the following scholarships: University of Ottawa Entrance Scholarship $1,000, and Western University Entrance Scholarship $1,000.
